DeWalt 20V Battery Wall Mount

Loose battery packs on a bench get knocked onto the floor, and a dropped pack is an expensive mistake. This mount copies the rail profile from the tool itself, so packs slide on and lock the same way they do on a drill.

Fits: DeWalt 20V MAX / XR battery packs

What actually matters

  • Print base-plate-down so the rails are built up in layers that resist the pull-off direction. Printed on its side, a rail delaminates the first time a pack is yanked off at an angle.
  • Hit studs with the screws. A three-battery mount holds well over 2 kg and drywall anchors work loose over time.
  • Test the rail fit with a single-slot version before committing to a six-slot print — pack tolerances vary between generations.

Questions

Does this fit FlexVolt packs?

The rail interface is the same, so FlexVolt slides on, but the packs are heavier and deeper. Increase the base plate thickness and space the slots further apart.

Will it fit Milwaukee or Makita batteries?

No. Every brand uses its own rail profile. Generate the mount for your specific brand instead of adapting this one.

Need it in a different size, or with more slots?
