What actually matters

Measure the internal width at the back, not the front — drawers are rarely perfectly square and the back is usually tighter.
Subtract about 1 mm from your measurement so the tension ends have something to compress against.
Print one divider and test the fit before committing to a full set.

Questions

Will they hold without screws?

The sprung ends grip the drawer sides. For very deep drawers or heavy contents, add a dab of adhesive.

Can I cross them into a grid?

Yes — the cross-slots let dividers interlock at 20 mm intervals.
