Cabinet Door Spice Rack

The inside of a cupboard door is dead space, and a shallow rack there puts six jars in reach without taking a single shelf. The one measurement that decides whether it works is clearance: the rack plus jars has to clear the shelf edges when the door closes.

Fits: Standard 55 mm diameter spice jars

Make this one yours. Cadio generates it to your measurements — change the size, slot count, or angle by describing what you need.

What actually matters

  • Measure the gap between the closed door and your shelf edges before printing. Under 65 mm and the door will not shut on a loaded rack.
  • A retaining lip at least 30 mm high keeps jars in place when the door swings. Lower than that and they walk out.
  • Screws beat adhesive on a door that gets slammed — but check the door thickness so screws do not come through the front.

Questions

Will it hold my jars?

Measure the diameter and generate to fit. Standard jars are around 55 mm but larger ones vary a lot.

Can I use it without drilling into the door?

Mounting tape works for a light load, but a full rack of glass jars is heavy. Screws are the reliable option.

Need it in a different size, or with more slots?
